@stereo: guess i was a bit off, but atleast you can set the record straight :D. I did however train at the big flat roids map and left for gallos at 95 i think? But thats beside the point really, I guess I just want to say, go try out the other places before you get your heart set on golden temple. And this is not directed at anyone, just speaking in general.

The maximum level is 30 on a regular Bowmaster, I believe. They just copied the skill to Wind Archers and put the maximum level on 20 instead.

I keep leveling into the gear my other Warriors use... so what's basically level 25-30 gear is being replaced by 3rd job gear one bit at a time. Right now it's got +29% str out of the 41% my other Warriors share.

It appears I will reach my goal of 1000 total str very close to level 120 - maybe exactly at 120.
