The bow has crappy stats =P.
The Crimson Arclancer is 95 atk clean, which is pretty bad for a level 100 bow.
Another downside is its STR requirement >_>. 115 STR to wield it, FTW? Hell no :(
Isaac only uses it for show, not for combat purposes.
