On-topic: I have to say, actually reading the SAO light novels and watching the anime doubles the fun. The part about Sachi was really sad after reading the whole story through though.

It's in my top 5. The OST and the battles were so incredible in those games. The first time I heard The Menace play I just stared at the screen for a few minutes in awe, those two definitely know how to make good battle music, just like ACE+.

SAO 11 - I'm sure there's significance, but that was a boring episode.

Eureka Ao 19+20 - The plot crazy train is moving and I'm on board. Could've played a great drinking game on these two episodes of who is dead, who isn't dead, who should be dead, and seriously - I'm pretty sure that guy died. And they're still finding plot points to add.



So much fun to watch.

Hyouka 22: Was about to flip a table when they cut to ED last episode since I hadn't refreshed my MAL and it still read 20/21. So sad this has to end. Was about to puke rainbows at the end, but then /* it was actually his imagination */ . Really great ending scene. This concludes volume 4 of the LN, and Volume 5 was release in June this year. The publication rate is very unsteady, with the series starting in 2002, and having a six year break or something like that. I have no idea on the length of volume 5, but I find it unlikely we'll get a second season any time soon (i.e. within 2 years) unless a new volume comes out before then. OVA route wouldn't be a bad choice either if the stories are appropriate length.

Sword Art Online 11: dat yui dawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww when she 3: on the bed in front of Asuna. Really like the style they chose at the end of the episode. I don't have high hopes for episode 13 though, since it's the fishing story and ramen, chronologically. And the fishing story is part of the main volume 1 so they can't exactly skip it, especially since it is relevant, despite how side-storyish filler it may appear.

Accel World 23: Okay, so the last 10 episodes dedicated to Haruyuki and Takumi developing their characters and being able to function without the carry that is Kuroyukihime, not real. Congratulations. You're just as worthless as you were at the start of the show.

Dog Days' 11: Oh God so much bouncing.

Hagure Yuusha no Estetica 11: herpderp ending to this episode. I hope there isn't a second season, but given all these loose ends and this "bigger picture" they're trying to pan... And this is one of my more liked shows this season.

Binbougami ga! 11: dat Momiji...

Natsuyuki Rendezvous: It started off okay, but it got a little ridiculous in the middle. The epilogue was kind of unexpected. Not a bad show, but neither a great one.

Moyashimon Returns: Oh God, I'm glad I watched this and the first season. It was reall cool. Cliffhanger at the end! I hope there's a third season, but I'm not holding my breath.

Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita: This. Was. Awesome. I adored every moment of it. One of the best shows of the season.

Hyouka: IT'S STILL AMBIGUOUS. It's better than the ending of the last episode, though.

Hyouka 22:This concludes volume 4 of the LN, and Volume 5 was release in June this year.

Yuru Yuri ♪♪: Great last episode for a great show. I loved this episode and the one about the time machine. /* Too bad the time machine one was only a story Kyouko invented. I thought it was awesome. It had great development for Akari and it showed that everyone actually cares about her. I was really touched. God dammit, the end ruined it completely. */

Ebiten: This ridiculous show was pretty cool. References everywhere and over the top moments every minute. Too bad it was only 10 episodes long and was only streamed on the web with low quality.



My body is ready for next season and apparently Shirokuma Cafe is going to be 4 seasons long. Awesome.

Kyousogiga 1: Everything starts to make sense... /* ...or not. */ I like this show. I was pretty disappointed when I found out it would be a webcast, and even more disappointed when I found out it's only 5 episodes long, with 10 minutes each and with a gap of about half a month between each one.

This episode pretty much confirmed to me the Miyabi is the real sister; Yuzurina and Seri seem to be working together, and the show went out of its way to show that Miyabi and Mei are better friends than previously shown, as Mei seemed very worried about her and even had her number on her phone. Mei said from earlier that she knew the real little sister, and since she had no idea who Yuzurina was, it's pretty obvious it isn't her, unless they are both his little sisters.

Accel World 24: And it's finally over. I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds it a bit suspicious that Chiyu would be able to evaluate her ability to be the power to "turn back time" and assume it would work like that. It's not that it's an impossible concept, just that her character is definitely not the type to be able to do that. And suddenly, hurrdurr Brain Burst gets deleted when you lose all your points. I like how everything up to that point throws the assumption that you do remember pomegranate, which makes losing all that more terrible because you understand what you've actually lost, but suddenly... Also, a sudden explanation for Megumi's sidestory, from what I understand hasn't been expanded upon in the LN either. Haruyuki is still pretty worthless. "She said her skill name when my enemy had a sliver of HP left, now I have to wait in astonishment and disbelief while he heals to full HP over the next minute before inevitably losing". And her name is "Sacchan"...

I read a theory going around is Kuroyukihime is Kirito and Asuna's daughter, named after Sacchi, which is interesting, but I also would like to believe that Kirito and Asuna aren't the type of parents to let their daughter be traumatized by swords. Which is to say, if it were true, there's some third party involved for the sword shenanigans, or there's a plot hole error.

It always bothered me that Kirito could just... do that. I mean, sure it never said he couldn't hack. But at the same time, the game can store something like Yui's AI as an object? Curious now if they'll decide to fit the fishing story in this, because I think they'd have time to and then at the last few moments start chapter 20. At the same time, it somewhat devalues Yui's story.

Imoutos 11: So... There's an OVA for the 13th episode, who thinks they're going to leave a cliffhanger on 12 and "wrap it up" on 13? I also dislike how obvious they hate on Yuzurina. DAT OGURA YUI IMOUTO HNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG pineappleing lost it when he was fantasizing about the meal/bath/me in a naked apron... *drools*

Binbougami Note 12: Death Note style was pretty hilarious. Saddening to see clean Momiji have to go away =[

That was a typo, I meant to say "they" as in the show. The absolute blatant smash you over the head with it obvious that not only is she's not the imouto, she's somehow "evil" too.

Oda Nobuna no Yabou 12 - This show was seriously a lot better than I expected it to be before the season started. The ending was rather cliche and expected (especially the tsuntsun), but was still really nice. Should see a season 2 in the next year or two. Really looking forward to it, if it does come.

Since Kirito has enough knowledge of the programming of the GM console to copy/paste Yui's AI program to an item, why the hell didn't he just end the game? There wouldn't be anything Kayaba could do about it once they had their helmets off, and it's not like he would monitor the console 24 hours a day when nobody else can access it, anyway.
