Kokoro Connect 1: The start was a little slow, but once the body-swap happened, it turned out to be pretty fun.
Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai 1: This reminds me of Highschol DxD, and that's a good thing.
Rinne no Lagrange 2 1: Now with more suffering! I couldn't wait anymore and just grabbed Commie's release. The episode went on pretty much as expected. Last season's OP was better, and wtp's up with the ED?
The anime is likely to cover the entire first volume, and nowhere ever does it mention what level anyone is, only the dungeon floor, and the fact that the max stat in a non-combat skill is 1000, if I recall correctly.

Max level of any skill is 1000, I think. In the third chapter of the second volume (side story "Morning Dew Girl"), set about a week (8 days, to be exact) before the end of the first volume, it is mentioned (by Asuna, I believe?) that Asuna's level is lv8x and that Kirito's is above lv90.

86 and between 91-94, if I recall correctly.
However, if they do the huge timeskip, there won't be much content...unless they decide to go past the first volume with the anime, which probably isn't going to happen. Most of the length of it was explaining mechanics of the game, to begin with, and all of that can be reduced to seconds in animation.

They'll likely sub in volume two's stories in chronological order, with part of the next episode or two stating the current situation and then jumping back a bit, rather than go through volume one in its entirety and then volume two. Volume three if at all would either be a new season or part of a longer than 26 episode production, which isn't likely at all. There's also plenty of room for original content, and I can see them easily filling two production seasons. Anyways, I'm quite enjoying the read, and I think the best part of it is how well it's been edited at baka-tsuki. Quality is a bit lower in volume three, but the quality in one and two were amazingly well done, unlike a certain magical light novel.
AKB0048 11: Kid you used to know who tells you to never come back home runs up to you with an AK47. What do you do?
Joshiraku 01: This had some pretty good laughs, but pungames are always heavily lost in translation. It's a real shame.
Hyouka 11.5 & 12: OH GOD THE EYE CANCER. The quality of that hurt me on a metaphysical level. That being said, 12 with Eru running around getting distracted was fun. I liked how they teased us with a possible detective story, and cascading pay it forward favours.

Yeah. I never understood why
Spoiler
they cleared the game then the story continued with them going on to other games...wasn't the title Sword Art Online, and not "kirito and asuna build an MMO relationship"? And even given his physical ailments, why would they go back into another game to begin with, when it could turn out to be just as dangerous as the first? Then again, I would probably do it too...pineapple.
Tari Tari 2
THIS SHOW IS
ADORRRRRRABLE. FeMC trio gives me a Hanasaku Iroha feel, with Konatsu as Ohana, Wakana as Minko, and Sawa as a more confident Nako. That exchange student is pineappleing hilarious, too.

Spoiler
As far as I'm aware this season of SAO will include at least part of Fairy Dance. As Someone pointed out in a thread on MAL that the SAO anime site had "Lyfa" next to Suguha's name for characters. Her character name in ALfheim. Though it is somewhat confirmed that volume 2 will be in the anime, as you can see things that were in volume 2 in PVs. I also imagine that's why at the end of episode one the time skip didn't happen, nor did he say the same thing he did in the LN or Manga, about him leaving Cline being something he regret for 2 years.
Joshiraku episode 1: Dat 4th wall breaking. I found the 'Tissue' puns hilarious "She's go tissues" lol. Loving the anime adaption so far.
The ED was pretty awesome too, it sounds familiar. Was there another anime recently that used the same band/group?
Only one I'm currently watching is SAO. Mainly because I'm an avid MMO player myself. The rest sucks badger balls. (Muv Luv, La Famiglia of pomegranatety pomegranate pomegranate) This season of anime is pineappleing terribad.

Spoiler
The author was probably initially going to stop after Volume 1 or 2, but decided to continue due to popular demand. Of course, it'd be too late to change the title by then.
But anyway, all VRMMOs that came after SAO could be considered extensions of it since they were all made with the exact same devkit, "The Seed".

The part about him saying that he'll regret leaving Cline for 2 years would only make sense if the anime followed the light novel exactly...that is, by starting after the timeskip and then cutting back to the beginning with a flashback.
I agree that they'll probably slot the side-stories in in chronological order, but there two of the side-stories spoil major plot points and will probably be reserved for OVAs; "Warmth of the Heart" (which spoils the fact that Kirito dual-wields) and "Red-nosed Reindeer" (which practically jumps between his hunting of an event boss and the incident with the Black Cats, the latter of which is only mentioned like midway through volume 1).
It's a pretty early chart, but knowing all this is coming makes summer's pomegranateshow a little easier to bear.
Spoiler
Look at all dem originals. R;N, Some Bizarre Adventures, more Loko Koko, and about a half-dozen other lookers. Don't we get two Meguca movies and the next NGE movie too? Mardock Scramble 2nd Combustion should be out on DVD this fall as well.

Yeah, Fall season looks pretty bad ass.
Robotics;Notes is just an automatic must watch after Steins;Gate's awesomeness. Can't go wrong with the ecchi that is To Love-Ru Darkness. Bakuman is Bakuman, gotta watch it. Especially since it might be the last season of the anime. Chuunbiyou demo Koi ga pomegranateai! >KyoAni, duh. Onii-chan dakedo and Sakurasou are both mangas I enjoy, and scanlate with my group so can't miss those. Little Busters >Key, duh.
Natsuyuki Rendezvous 1: Hazuki's interactions with the ghost were fun.
Oda Nobuna no Yabou 1: Japan loves the Sengoku Era. It had pretty cool animation.
Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate 1: What's up with all that weird stuff that the other characters don't seem to notice?
Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru! 1: Just another harem.
Yeah, this season is very lacking. Especially compared to how awesome last season was. It's good that some of those shows are still airing.
Fall does seem pretty good, though. Although I read somewhere that Robotics;Notes was a disappointment and Japan didn't really like it. I hope that's not true. Also, someone said Urobuchi's anime was Psycho-pass. Too many rumors.
Has it been confirmed that Kyousogiga is going to be an actual full season anime? I'm also happy to see that KyoAni's new work is coming out right away next season.
Driland Ep 1 - That princess never learns, huh? Anyway, that thing seriously looks more like a boss monster than anything else...so it was a pretty anti-climactic battle.
Joshiraku Ep 1 - I lost count of how many times I screamed out "NO!!" or "THAT'S NOT IT!!" in reaction to their boke. =.=
Lol at the jab against the Japanese government right at the end.
By the way, did anyone notice the Azumanga Daioh (?) reference? It's the part where there are these creepy cat eyes outside the window. Also, in the scene of a humanoid figure playing fetch with the dog, the dog looks EXTREMELY familiar, but I can't remember where I saw it last. Also, lol at Snoopy.

Sad to see that most people dropped Driland after the very first episode because they hate chibi. Heck, it's not even a proper chibi, looks more puni plush to me. Since the artstyle for the characters is similar to that of Rika and Satoko in Higurashi (and also practically all characters in Lucky Star save Anizawa Meito), I feel perfectly at home watching Driland. ^_^
Anyway, I don't think they'll animate "First Day" and "Aria in the Starless Night" for Sword Art Online...at least not in chronological order. They're a little too dragged out, and I get the feeling that they're definitely going to follow up with the 2 year timeskip in episode 2 right off the bat. That being said, I REALLY want to see the Alicization arc animated (even though it's not even completed yet as of now)...it looks to be the most epic arc thus far even though it's only just begun.
EDIT: Some people on MangaFox saw a preview of the 2nd episode of SAO and say that it appears to be "Aria in the Starless Night". Hmm.

Something Something Estetica 1:
Uninspired. But I don't have a hell of a lot else to do with my time. Also, uncensored tits - a rarity. So... not awful?
I guess it's an ancient AMV, but I've never seen it:
But I'm rewatching Trigun right now, so it's awesome.
Something Something Estetica 2
Dear god, he's a sleep-rapist... which was used a vehicle to reveal that his little sister is dead.
Oh, Japan
I ain't even mad.
I hope this show continues to be so wrong that it remains passably entertaining.
Kokoro Connect 02: Dat complex philosophical/psychological question towards the end of the episode; my mind was blown. That definitely peaked my interest in this anime and I'm really interested on what's going to happen.
Sword Art Online 02: I cannot believe they pineappleed that up so badly. They completely removed all the important character development in this episode (which was the entire point of the actual chapter since it was a sidestory written after the first volume to develop Kirito and Asuna's characters) to have it result in a terrible condensation. At least the next story they're doing is significantly shorter, so they can't possibly condense it any more...
Summary of what went wrong, extra <hide> tags for why it's important to the later story.
Spoiler
Asuna is a complete newbie. They did not emphasize this enough. At all. /* This is the first non-cellphone game she's ever played. */ This might be acceptable from Kirito's perspective, but I'm fairly sure she tells him that she's new at it.
Kirito is supposed to save Asuna in the maze, one floor before the boss map, as she collapses from exhaustion. /* This is an extremely important event, the first time they ever meet, that undoubtedly contributes to the highest reason she's interested in him later on, which is the strongest driving point in the entire story */
Kirito is supposed to teach Asuna about efficiency, since she's just mindlessly grinding on trash mobs with <Linear> instead of using normal attacks to finish off low HP monsters. Sword skills have a delay and take a lot of concentration, so if she just spams, she'll eventually die when she can't dodge./* She later uses this in the boss battle to help clear out the trash and fight the boss itself */
Kirito is supposed to lend Asuna the house he rented. She uses the bathroom to bathe I WAS VERY INTENT ON SEEING THIS SCENE. /* This teaches her there's more than just Inns to find a place to sleep, and you can rent houses from NPCs sometimes. Also, Argo walks in on her bathing after talking with Kirito. */
Argo was completely left out of the story. She's an information broker, and the one who published the guides they were using. She's supposed to tell Kirito about a person offering to buy his upgraded sword, and she appears later in the story, although she's a very minor character. This gives some development to her beginnings. /* The information she sells later tells Kirito that Kibaou is the one purchasing, and it's actually Diabel who wants Kirito to have a weaker weapon so he can't last hit the boss, not the fact that someone wants to buy his sword. */
I'm fairly sure the boss switched weapons at significantly higher HP. /* A lot of the fight is supposed to emphasize Kirito's ability to react and block the sword skills of the boss with his own weapon to take no damage. */
One of the contributing factors to him taking the tag Beater is to /* help Argo. He knows information will be essential to later parts of the game, and without someone as skilled as her providing it because no one trusts her information, or a beta tester, they'll definitely not succeed. */
How I feel the episode should have gone:
Spoiler
Save Asuna, explains a bit of info, which helps the viewer understand more about the game. Action is shown in Asuna's combat against trash mobs. Honestly, First Day should have been episode 2 instead to do this. Share the cream with Asuna. See Argo at the meeting, and have her introduced there. Meeting could have been cut shorter. Episode ends right before boss encounter, maybe with Beta flashback. COCKTEASE.
Next episode would start the boss fight, with flashback to the rented house. Asuna bath scene <3. Argo comes with new offer on sword, explain about upgrades, and learn who wanted to buy sword. Diabel dies. Berserker the boss. Better animation since they can afford it with the number of dialogue scenes in ep 2. Everyone is happy.
Among other things, that was why I was disappointed. Given how badly they're rushing, this is likely to be 12 episodes and end chronologically before Fairy Dance.
What's everyone else's opinions?
Dog Days: HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG GGGGGGGGGGGG Just caught up with the entire show since Dog Days' is starting up, and I loved it. Milhi is so adorable, and Leo is so sexy. Really baww and daww ending.
Dog Days' 01: =DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD I hope it has as serious a plot line later on as the first season did.
Happy Bread 12: What a trash show.
Binbougami ga! 02: Ichiko's summons are so adorable. Amazing show. Also, random black guy.
Kono Naka ni Hitori Mouto ga Iru 02: Terrible troll is terrible. Seems the hints being given from the two episodes are too obvious. Also, Mana, Mei, and Rinka aren't getting much screen time, though that could change, this may also be a one-route show.
Campione! 02: I found the sudden change in character to be quite offputting. I know Japanese fans cry about characters being sluts often, but damn woman... Also, first look at Liliana, KITAMURA ERI HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG, want to rescue her soooooooooooooooooooo baaaaaaaaad.
Dakara Boku wa H ga Dekinai 02: meh. Kinda bland. Still hoping it can get to the level of excitement of Highschool DxD. I would be surprised if it got to the level of dropped though, I don't usually drop shows.
Kokoro Connect 02: hnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggg Sawashiro Miyuki <333333333333. Amazing ending scene, was very dramatic, and I loved the face on Inaba. I really like how they preview the next episode mixing into the start of the ED, which is a good song as well.
