After I saw this thread, I decided to try submitting a ticket to solve a problem that occurred over 4 years ago---2008: guild masters were kicked out of their own guilds by some remote hacks. Every guild master remade their guilds with new names. I did, too, but it wasn't the same. Disbanded my new guild after a few months.
Ever since then, I've only played for a few weeks per year just to see the new content. Everyone that used to be in my guild basically quit once we no longer felt the team spirit that a guild provided.
Submitted about 10 tickets over the span of 4 years; ~6 of them never got replies so I manually closed them.
1 of the answers to a ticket said that I could receive compensation. All guilds affected got it; it was like 50mil to restart or something. I didn't do it.
Another answer said they couldn't do anything about it.
Another answer was completely irrelevant to my problem.
I even asked NxJoe about it once when I saw him in-game, right when Crimsonwood Keep was released. He told me to submit a ticket.
After the guild revamp, which I think happened this year, the guild master was assigned to the oldest member of the guild, who was also banned. I submitted a ticket in February about it. Never got a reply.
Submitted my final ticket on June 28th, with that other ticket open. Next day, the open ticket from February of this year was closed. On July 10th, I got a reply:
They f*cking did it. I got my old guild back.Hello, it took a bit of elbow grease but I fixed this issue for you. You will notice you need to set a new PIC when you login as well. I also removed the blocked player from the guild as well.
Take care and have a nice day.
Sincerely,

The GM even left me a gift:

Their support system has improved drastically. My guild asked for a name change because of the server merges. They allowed us to choose a name and instantly changed it during the next patch. Thumbs up. I wish they would fix the FMA hacking though.
I may as well try sending another ticket again...
Oh I might also try and get the free turkey pet I should have got on my other account from the Thanksgiving Event in 2010.
One thing I don't like about the ticketing system now is that if you send a ticket about a bug/glitch issue, they just tell you to post it on the forums. I mean if they are just going to redirect you there, why even have that as a category?
Just bumped my more recent ticket, still no reply whatsoever.
They even stopped bothering to send me those "we didn't forget you" emails.
Logged a ticket about something that I pretty much knew they would not be able to help me with. I got a response in less than a week, so I can't complain.
Mule got hacked. Submitted a ticket and it's been open for 5 days now. Oh well. Hoping it'll take 2 weeks at most.
My friend submitted a ticket back in September when his account was hacked and the hacker went and delete all of his characters including a leve l200 Pre Big Bang/Potential Dark knight and a 16x Marksman, never got a response. Resubmitted one June 13th and still no response =/
Like two mins ago a blue notice appeared in game that 40 hackers have been banned.
