Yet another level 100 Phantom here.
Well, it's a start.
Only 2 more levels till I can equip my Legendary Maple Lightbringer and Purple Snowshoes on my Knight.
I probably would have posted the 3rd Job Advancement screenshot but Bandicam is being derpy.
Yay. I transferred all my Theif gear (well most of it, missing a few pieces) and got an okay range. Leveling should be faster starting tomorrow <3
Thought it was a cool way to level.
Well, that was a good rush. I guess soon I can be an SH buff mule or something.
Also ohgod I need so many skillbooks right now. SO MANY.
Day number... 3? 4? of my Luminous. It's pretty entertaining up to this point (except 2nd job... 2nd job was hell).
Thanks! Job advancements are given via pop-up quests. They may as well be auto, though.
Also, I suggest never putting points into Magic Guard until you start on mobs that deal 1.5k+ damage. I haven't point any points into Magic Guard yet and I haven't spent a single meso on potions since I started my Luminous. Not a single meso.
Only applies to the newer classes.
Most of the new jobs follow the trend that Evan started, giving each job their own SP pools, meaning you can't use SP on lower jobs either, I'm pretty sure Adventurers and Aran are the only ones that don't follow this. Though, I feel one or two of the new classes still do.
Anyway. End of Day 8. Levels are getting slower and slower now ;_;
I still get 50%~60% per hour on 2x though, which would've been unheard of pre-BB.
When things get slow, I pretty much just go and say to myself, "Well, you're leveling a lot faster than before!"
It's kind of pathetic, I guess. ;_;
Also, I can't find but one or two people who want to actually train here, so the rest of them are just non attacking mules =[
I still get 50%~60% per hour on 2x though
Uh. YEAH. I was grinding at top speeds with ultimate spamming when I was 19x three years ago, and even amidst all the controversy surrounding such "unfair" advantages, I was still only doing like 3-5%/hr on 4x. Good lord.
I know you're not complaining, but word to anyone even considering thinking whining about "slow levels": you have no idea what the term "slow grinding" means.
