From my Q&A thread, @Stereo; told me the "Total dex" part is just base + gear + MW and not %dex where

total dex / total WA

And total WA works the same way. That equation gives you an approximate ratio.

Well I added every buff I could think of for self buff and I got 3.12:1

That'd take much too long, they aren't selling the PvP DBG recipe, and there's only a 0.046% chance of getting one from a mystery recipe, meaning you'd need on average, in addition to the 30 gallants to make, ~2172 mystery recipes or about 13032 extra emblems to get the DBG recipe.

It's been, months since Mercedes came out, and the VL DBG and 130 DBG recipe still aren't being sold =/

Glowdual brought thousands of prot/ws over and I've had the 20%s since the event
