Note the DVD hasn't shipped yet so isn't actually crediting in the 2nd table (and might be from someone else's order). I'll be interested in what rate it credits at because the 10% on the music is 4% more than I was told the max was and if the DVD gets 10% too it'll double the shiny $1.43 MTD.
Note also the complete lack of order number or other identifying detail to be able to give credit for participating or know who got what.
