I think it has something to do with having %atk on an item.
Yes, 3% atk on my weapon is apparently the cause.
best bet is accessory for str scroll 60% that recently came out. not sure where to find them but they are out there.It's rising...

60% armor scroll didn't work on my smiling mask, being a face accessory, I can only assume that it wouldn't work an eye accesory either, though anyone can correct me.
guess i can leave one of my prides here, failscrolling, but you can't expect much from chaos scrolls.

Range is with MW30. Only sitting at 38% STR. Need to get more %STR equips D:
It took nearly 9 months to hammer and scroll, but its done :)
Did a little bit of upgrading. still no top, shield, shoes, or a face accessory. Also need to cube the racc mask when i get my hands on some nx and my gloves too (10 att SMGs epic 6%STR)
all self buffs, except thorns, because there is no decent thorns yet <.<
Not sure if strong...
I'm using Dennis' 118 attack, 9% attack Devil's Sunrise. At level 100, I'll be using a 128 attack Sparta with a 10 Attack shield with 3% potential.
I want 1 of those Black/Grey Racc masks D:
