Haikyuu! 25: What an amazing show. With the way 24 ended, it takes a lot to end a season like this well, and they pulled it off pretty strong. I imagine that this is the type of show that really drives manga sales. Was hoping for a season 2 announcement, but I doubt they have enough source material for that since Haikyuu is only ~120 chapters so far. I started reading it and it's pretty great, but there's just so many things that can really only shine through in an anime, and they produced that really well.

Glasslip 12: I've been saying this since the first episode, but what the pineapple is even going on

Nothing is going on, as you can clearly tell in this episode where absolutely pineappleing nothing happened, underlining that absolutely pineappleing nothing happens in any of the episodes.
Baby Steps 25: What a troll ending. Expected/10. Loved the karaoke scene. Nacchan is the best. dat ED. Can't wait for season 2.

Rail Wars! 12: Good pineappleing riddance. Even in the final episode, there was horrible animation. Or there lack of. The scene where they're talking in the meeting room near the end, they forgot to animate THE MOUTHS AS THEY WERE TALKING. Pretty awful series, but I did love the sexy character designs when they weren't being butchered by pomegranate animation.

Mahouka 25: Jesus-oniisama comes to save the day. Again. So I guess we've rounded the list of what he can't do down to: 1. Lose 2. Not show off

Kill la Kill 25: Honestly. This was unnecessary. Everything was going fine actually until /* Hououmaru */ showed up. And then the pineappleing Lance of Longinus drops from the moon scissors. Can't say I was too impressed. Seems like filler and BD sale bait.

I think the argument on martial arts was from Asseylum laying Inaho out in one of the earlier episodes. Kind of weak, but eh. No weaker than calling CPR rape I guess. Triple bingo it is! (is this tumblr?)

So, it seems Urobuchi said this at a Gargantia event: "Don't blame me for Aldnoah Zero's ending! In my original outline Inaho and the princess become lovers, and Slaine takes her away at the of end the season!"
They could still be continuing this, since it seems Asseylum isn't dead yet (3 times, seriously). Maybe they just changed it a bit to give more flair to this cour's ending and leave it at a bigger cliffhanger. However, if this is true, that means Inaho is also alive. I may be okay with Asseylum surviving A THIRD TIME since that headshot wasn't that clear, but Inaho is completely 100% dead.

To be precise, he destroys an entire Korean port by converting the mass of part of it into energy...yeah, E=mc^2.

It's also worth noting he can only do it when he's using the specialised CAD Third Eye.

Hunter x Hunter: I don't even know where to start. I've been watching this since the first episode aired, during my first year of watching anime. It was obviously the first long-running series I started watching since the beginning. I knew it would be long-running and I made it a point not to read the manga, although I did read it during a time after every episode to see if anything was cut. Thankfully, Madhouse's adaptation was masterful. It started out a bit slow, but I did like it from the beginning. I realized this show was absolutely amazing when Gon fought Hisoka at Heavens Arena. Since then, it always kept getting better episode after episode and I was baffled at how this could even be possible. Yorknew City was when I realized this would be a masterpiece. In retrospect, Greed Island may be somewhat of a low point of the series, but it's still great and I really enjoyed it when it was airing. Then came Chimera Ant. Holy pomegranate. I really have no words for this. I just have to say that I'm extremely happy (and amazed) at the fact that I actually avoided spoilers for Gon's you-know-what for about 3 years. Meruem, Komugi, and the ending was also perfect. I thought "what could be next?" I thought the next arc would be a pretty regular one, but damn. The Election arc was even more amazing. It was fantastic since it continued directly on the consequences of Chimera Ant. Also, since the final episodes of CA, Madhouse did an even more exceptional job, especially the director. I started checking the manga again, and it really doesn't even compare.
This ended up being my absolute favorite anime of all time.
Now, it's finally been 3 years. 148 episodes. THE SAME OPENING. It's finally over. No Hunter x Hunter next week. No more Gon. No more Killua. No more Departure. Damn. I really can't help but tear up.

Whoah. I ended up writing a bunch. Anyways, now I just have to read the manga. It won't be the same, what with Togashi's sometimes sketchy art. That's if he's even doing anything.

Yeah.

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-Kun was amazing. Lots of laughs each episode, and Sakura is adorable. Really liked how Yuzuki was so annoying. REALLY WANTED THAT HORIXKASHIMA.

Glasslip is probably the worst show this season.

Just finished Zankyou no Terror. Two things.
First, Mishima Lisa was such a useless character. Show would have been better without her.
Second, this is terrible anti-American propaganda.
Otherwise, an okay show, but the animation quality really dipped hard in the last two episodes.
