That file seems to be corrupt at the moment. There are also two other tracks which are simply placeholders right now. Hopefully the next Tespia patch addresses those issues.

Right now things are still being set up and the site may seem a bit incomplete. Ultimately I plan on having the entire collection available on there as well. I'll be updating the site along with this thread on a regular basis to accommodate new BGMs.

There was also a track introduced a month ago for the Frozen event that I'll be uploading in a bit (a snippet of Let It Go).
