Yes it is finished at only +7 because its just empress. i dont really find empress worthy of getting +10.
btw, when i transfer over to level 160, do i get to keep this +7, or will it be a new clean weapon?

I think it transfers over everything including all enhancements (-1 because then you can enhance more!) But we'll have to wait and find out before we really know.

Return Scrolls, they presumably went purely for +MATK and ignored the other stats entirely. Must've gone for 3/4 MATK each scroll minimum. 47 is so high

The difference being that MountLag apparently used Positive Chaos scrolls, whereas the person in DavyJones' post used the kind that can also reduce stats.

I'm guessing Miraculous Chaos scrolls, those are somewhat commonly used by people who don't have any ordinary Positive Chaos scrolls but still Return Scroll their equips. Miraculous ones can lower stats by up to -7 (or 8? somewhere around there) too, so they probably had quite a lot of increase/decrease in 13 slots.
