That's important for every champ; gotta know those match-ups. But yes, I feel like it applies heavily to Irelia since she's really dependent on getting that TrinForce asap so she can build tanky and sit in the middle of the team and laugh all day.

Most of the champions I really know is just farmville and positioning. Irelia is...weird because some matchups you have to be really aggressive and some matchups you have to be really passive. It also depends on who's playing the opponent you're laning against T__T.

Decided to play a ranked game today with my friend, went with nocturne since i didnt wanna second pick top for obvious reasons. Told my friend to ward wraiths and was able to catch lee sin at his red, then again later on at his blue, the game went by well from there

I got denied a penta kill in ranked, and we were in a 3v5 situation (2 leavers). We still aced them, though. Oh well, kill secured. My team's XZ - who picked up the last kill - felt real bad after, lol

I was thinking about this after seeing Will's post in the other thread - it should work well, but Olaf seems like a solid enough counterpick post-6.

Delegated to top lane role. Since I haven't played top lane in forever, they haven't picked their top lane, and I am not familiar with matchups, I went with Trundle. Because no one quite knows how to deal with him. I didn't either, but whatever!

Successfully didn't feed Irelia, although unfortunately she farmed better anyways in spite of all my tactics (lane freezing, not engaging when she uses Hiten Style). Still, I suppose it's fair.

I was just watching the MLG Summer Arena (TSM vs Blaze). Second game was going, and it was real close (one major mistake on either side could seal the deal). Everything was going down to the wire...then SURPRISE BUTTSECKS DC! Stream went down, tourney participants got DC'd from the tourney client. Internet went down at the tourney site, apparently.

Played two games of Draft Racing with a group of mid-high elo peeps (1300-1900) who play LoL more for fun than for tryharding. The basic premise is to dive the enemy fountain and get lasered. You cannot intentionally kill any creeps and towers, or soak exp from minions. First team to get 10 successful dives wins.

Both games were chaos. The first game was kinda strange because we were exploring stuff. The second game was much closer, since people now knew what to expect. I managed to win the game for us with lvl 3 Shurelya's + Swiftness Fizz.

Realized that playing other roles than AP carries and solo tops would be fun, so I learned Ashe. She's pretty easy, won all my games with her so far.
