Fourth Job Advancement secret scroll?

Ok so I've just (Finally) reached fourth job on my Brawler. I've accepted the quest to get the items from Manon and Griffey. But since i'm not a masochist I decided to go for buying the scroll instead for 10m. But I can't find it.

Guides say that Vega in Eos Tower sells it, but I found him in ludi and he doesn't sell it. I checked the scroll seller in Orbis too but he doesn't sell it either.

Does anyone know where I can find it? or do I have to commit myself to the torture that is Manon/Griffey hunting?
EDIT: Ignore me, i'm an idiot. Manon and Griffey are instanced now.

scroll was removed, gotta be a masochist to keep playing. both bosses are instanced for aspiring 4th jobs though, or at least i think so.
