As part of our Black Friday sales, we’re offering packages containing a random mount, wing, tail, or decal. Due to the random nature of these items, you may receive duplicate items after opening the packages. 2. The duplicate item in question MUST have been obtained from the Black Friday packages (Cherished Premium Rein Box, Cherished Premium Wing Box, Cherished Premium Tail Box, and Cherished Premium Decal Box) during their available sale period.
3. The duplicate item must be UNTRADEABLE. Account-tradeable wings, tails, and decals will not be eligible for Dragon Scale credit as they can be moved to another character on your account.

All Items from the Cherished Premium Rein Box are eligible for Dragon Scale credit and are colored GREEN in the list below.

How to Request Dragon Scale Credit


To request a Dragon Scale credit due to duplicate items from the Black Friday packages (Cherished Premium Rein Box, Cherished Premium Wing Box, Cherished Premium Tail Box, or Cherished Premium Decal Box), you need to contact Customer Support. Requests for Dragon Scale credit will be accepted beginning Monday, November 30 at 12 AM Pacific (3 AM Eastern). You have until Sunday, December 13 at 11:59 PM Pacific (Eastern: 2:59 AM on Monday, December 14) to submit a ticket requesting Dragon Scale credit.

1. Go to https://support-dragonnest.nexon.net/.

2. Click the blue “Sign In” button in the upper right corner of the Support Center.


3. Sign into your Nexon account that has the duplicate items.

4. Click the green “Submit a Request” button in the upper right corner of the Support Center.


5. In order to route your ticket properly, select the Gameplay Issue category. Use the title “Black Friday Dragon Scale Credit” for the subject line. Select Dragon Vault Issues as the sub-category.


6. Fill out the remaining fields in the ticket, including your account’s registered email address, your account ID, server, and the names of the character(s) that possess duplicate items. In the “Description” section, list each of the duplicate items that your character(s) has. You do not need to create a ticket for each duplicate item. In fact, it will expedite your full Dragon Scale credit if you list each duplicate item (and the character that received the duplicate) in one ticket.

11. Click “Submit” at the bottom and you’re done.


If you qualify for a Dragon Scale credit, the duplicate item (mount, wing, tail, or decal) will be removed from the account. The corresponding cost of the Black Friday package (Cherished Premium Rein Box, Cherished Premium Wing Box, Cherished Premium Tail Box, or Cherished Premium Decal Box) will be credited to the account in the form of Dragon Scales. This will be completed within 24 to 48 hours of your ticket being submitted.

- 15,000 Scales for tails
- 15,000 Scales for decals

You will not be able to request Dragon Scale credit after 11:59 PM Pacific on Sunday, December 13 (2:59 AM Eastern on Monday, December 14).

FAQ


Q: I have two Fatal Red Wings that I acquired previously from Dragon Eggs, and I got one from the Premium Wing Box – I now have three total. Can I get credit for two wings?
A: Unfortunately, we are only offering credit for the wing you received from the Cherished Premium Wing Box. In this case, one Fatal Red Wing will be deleted from your character and your account will be credited 15,000 Dragon Scales.

Q: I have a Soft Gold Cloud Mount on my Assassin from the Dragon Egg earlier this year, but I also got one from the Cherished Premium Rein Box. Can I get credit for a duplicate?
A: Yes! Your account will be credited 25,000 Dragon Scales.

Q: I have the Gorgeous Nine-Tail Mount on my Warrior and I got one from the Cherished Premium Rein Box on my Kali. Can I get credit for the Kali’s Gorgeous Nine-Tail Mount?
A: No. We are offering the credit on a per-character basis – because the mount you received was not acquired by the same character, we cannot offer Dragon Scale credit.

Q: Darn it! I got three Pegasus Mounts on my Tinkerer from the Cherished Premium Rein Box! How many Dragon Scales can I be credited?
A: You can be credited 50,000 Dragon Scales; 25,000 each for the two extra Pegasus Mounts you received.
