lol. I think everyone was expecting Horntail To be fixed in Justice anyway.
Good on Nexon, for maybe finally fixing a glitch via copy pasting KMS code that's been around since October 2010.

Nexon: It'll be fixed now that our colleagues in Korea have made Horntail instanced. We won't do pomegranate about it till that patch. We only answered your ticket because it's going to be fixed this way soon anyway. pineapple you.

Pretty sure I've had that exact response to at least 2 issues that are still in-game, but we'll see.
I've seen that exact response several times for various issues.
It's standard; doesn't mean anything.

This deserves a thread why exactly? It's an ordinary automated response to a ticket. It's not like Nexon doesn't know about most of the problems, they just choose not to do jack about them or fix them in their usual half-assed manner and/or copy-paste.
some people don't realize it's a copy-and-paste response because of the few tickets actually sent out

Just one of the many templates. It could pretty much go with any issue, they could have at least thrown in a few things related to your ticket to make it seem like they care.
