can rising sun ring stack with explorer critical ring? rising sun ring cannot stack with what ring?

The only ring the Rising Sun Ring cannot stack with is another Rising Sun Ring.

oic, another thing is, i saw GMS got a screen shot on Timesplitter 1H Axe , after that i check on hidden-street, it is a lv 80 eq, but how come the screen shot show it is 140 lv weapon? does the weapon lv it self? how did u guys get timesplitter weapon on GMS?

Hidden street is just wrong, that's the regular level 140 1h axe, available via gach or killing Empress.
