It's supposed to do the bolded, based on their rather in-depth description from when the event started.

I believe that's what it did in the past events. 90% sure.

Nexon allowed Evo 1 to stack with itself. Then the same glitch happened with Evo 2 :O

EDIT: Nexon too smart!

Tried out some shenanigans.
Tried to see if I could get two "One-of-a-kind" Evo 3 on one character, turns out it just ends up wasting your upgrade for the day. My pally is stuck with an untradeable one :P

Forgot to upgrade my DS's ring yesterday. If it will both upgrade and make it tradeable, then AWESOME

Also, it's a good thing they don't stack. Last event I ended up with untradeable evo ring cause I decided to try if Nexon would fix it or not.
