How rare is this Mastery Book? I haven't seen one in a while (probably because I haven't played for a while and only been grinding). Is it still worth more than 100M (any world)?

Have you seen the mystery mastery books at all? There is no such thing as rare books anymore. The popular books for popular classes can go for a good chunk of mesos though.

Rare, no. Pricey, yes. Every class needs MW which puts it up at a much higher demand than the rest of the books.
