Just wondering if someone got it recently, I've used a few tickets in showa hair salon (like 1 year ago it was available here) and I've yet to get it, should I just keep trying or is it the wrong salon?

Nexon released an actual list of what haircuts are available where on their forums, but that was months ago and on their old forums, so that's since been wiped.

I'm pretty sure Basil's list is based on Nexon's though, and, from that, seems Dreamcatcher is indeed available from Showa still (as well as Ariant).
