With each Cash Shop Surprise you open, you get a random CS item. It seems there are two different outcomes - "Jackpot" and "Normal" - when you open the cash shop surprise.

Oh yeah, and these cash shop surprise boxes are shiny. No... you don't understand... They're like... shinier than the sun during an eclipse or gold in the desert. Yeah, that shiny. I could shine my car with th... okay, okay, I'll stop.

Lame? After the hammer, WoD, etc. stuff being released, there's hardly going to be anything awesome from the CS anymore. Overpriced NX virtual clothes ain't gonna be nothing to get gawk-eyed over.

Some items are listed multiple times and some are listed that are already in. ie. Face accessory for avoid. I'm guessing that these are for when you add the 5% to them with the event?
