However, for some strange reason I'll never be able to understand, Siege Mode[2] is an EXACT copy of Siege Mode (3rd job), including the cooldown on the early levels. Even with +30% damage bonus to Siege Mode [2], Siege Mode[1] is better until you get Siege Mode[2] to level 18, because of the cooldown.
Now the worse part: Siege Mode[2] gets nerfed on the Reorganization patch (100% -> 95%) while Siege Mode[1] doesn't. What the pineapple?
