Yeesh, that's terrifying...I have such bad luck with 30%s too and this is the only one I've ever found. I mean, if I got like 6% STR that'd be cool too but...
You have 24.5k hp. You should focus on Rush to enhance you training. Get it to 28. Then focus on achilles to make your potting more efficient, I mean that's 30% damage taken off, that's a big chunk. This is more versatile then wasting 25 (9 levels) on for weak amount of attack and a few buffs that are irrelevant. Achilles and rush will benefit you more training and bossing wise. You should also save up 10 points for mw30, you never know.
It depends, you could use MW as a damage input. Which would then make it MW -> Rush -> Achilles. But I don't know your range, funding, % str, or anything.
Personally, if MW would help you out in damage, go for it first. (MW -> Rush -> Achilles)
If you feel as if either it doesn't help you, or you always have MW20 when training with someone then go for Rush -> Achilles -> MW.
Either or, skip Hex. It's not really that helpful.
Actually, I'd dare say Ice, Fire, and Thunder in that order...
Ice will let you train easier and often on more advanced level monsters if you have enough accuracy. Fire is more of a PQ and boss skill now. Thunder is useful also by itself, but it's now more of an add-on buff for Ice, Fire, and Holy. A helpless enemy is a defenseless enemy.
I'd say only switch off to Fire, Thunder, or Holy after you get 4th job and have Advanced Charged Blow maxed out.
Haha I always think ach is 30% I don't know why.
What exp on average should a player being making in general, I'm hoping a drk responds but I did 2 hours of 100% concentration (slacked off the first two), and managed to get 144m exp(about 60%). I'm wondering if that's a good number or what number I should be aiming for per hour.
Should I sell my 8 attack, 3 lined face stompers/11 attack 2 line cape (facestompers have 4% str, cape has only 5 str) to attempt to potential high level cape/shoes?
I'm a 1hed sader always have an will be. I have a 12 atk 7 str blue korben, 113 6 sparta, 3 atk 5 str 3 slot gold lvl 90 shield, acc war greives and a 5% str cape. I want to make a dragon carabella my end game, what shiled should I get and should I get better boots? And where should I train to 120(currently level 100)
P.S. Yes I have a dep pendant and zhelm.
For shield you could get a level 71+ Alien shield and potential it for good stats and hope for the best, or might as well keep yours and scroll it. Cube your boots depending on if you need the accuracy or not, otherwise just cube them for %str. Train at Galloperas til 120.

I have a question regarding bb. How is dex going to play a role when big bang comes to gms? Is it a bad idea to stay dexless? Everyone says secondary stats now play a huge role but not giving me a good explanation.
No, it's the fact that accuracy is now completely useless in Big Bang that made DEX useless. The only reason a warrior needed DEX was for accuracy. Hell, you could have been a LUK warrior too. 90 DEX cap is pretty high by today's standards but I'm sure you'll be okay, it's not really the end of the world if you have high dex.
What are you talking about? 90 dex has never been anything better than normal dex in GMS. If you were level 80+ in Beta you could get away with claiming 90 to be "low" dex (in Beta the recommended build was dex = 2*level to 30, then +1 per level after that) but by the time GMS came out, normal builds were already capping in the 80-100 range. I don't know more than a handful of warriors who ever went higher than 100 dex, and they were all using high-dex builds.
The higher you get the less important base dex is, since it's proportionally smaller (300+86 str is a big deal, 900+86 not so much), so I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's just silly to say you went 90 because it was low-dex. With that much dex you never need to wear dex gear, which is the most rational description of "low dex" I can come up with.
I've seen my Paladin go from low dex to normal to its current somewhat high dex, just as a result of changing equipment standards (35 dex since level 18, which was in 2005). When I was in 3rd job I used an accuracy glove to hit Grim Phantom Watches, among other acc/dex gear, now I have every possible str equipment and I'm still well ahead of the acc to hit Chief Oblivion Guardians.
