I'll not belabor the reasons for Pap, suffice it to say it was the only place that fit all the requirements.

I don't see why Pap would be a bad place to level to 200 at. Not everyone wants a plethora of people around them when it happens. You're actually the first person I've seen who hit that milestone in a secluded area, haha.

Friends old character he abandoned at level 101 years ago for a ranger (now a 16x BM), that medal is the pre-BB +2all one lol. Effectively gave me the account for a HS mule, thought I may as well see what else it can do. :s
