My friend got 500,000 maple points when she got hacked 5 months ago. Nexon really is changing it seems.
Day 2 has passed with no answer.

EDIT: Day 4... they gave my account back with limited access.
I charged all the NX needed... now I just have to wait for Nexon to deduct it and finally get my account back...

Two weeks since submitting a new ticket, and my old has been rotting for well over half a year now.
Still no response.
At this rate, MapleStory might become a better game overall.
Just re-submitted a ticket when my account was logged into in November, and they took my NX.
Hopefully I actually get a response this time. I wasn't even playing anymore, and they took the Meso and NX through MTS. I couldn't care less for the meso, but I'd love to get that NX back for Dragon Nest. It was my birthday money, man... my pineappleing birthday money...

My ticket was Work in Progress for a week now. Sent a follow up ticket: they respond the next day and said to stop sending tickets and to continue waiting.
