Agreed. I've done over 30 belts now and I can't even get a 2% DEX belt. Best so far is 4% STR.

I got my 110 Blunt Weapon to 6% Attack 3% STR and like 10 accuracy or something like that. Gonna try and get it to Legendary... spent 12 cubes so far and I kept getting 9% and 6% intelligence for some reason... really annoying. Right now it's horrible... ah well.
