Wait so if a VIP equip has 12% 12% 12% right now, it'll change to 9% 9% 9% after chaos patch? , I just thought after chaos you wouldn't be able to cube to 4th tier anymore and items cubed before chaos wouldnt be effected.

Not in denial, I just never assumed they would essentially flat out con thousands of people. That's pretty bad to release a high-end event, basically catered towards your more serious crowd, and then later down the road make everything obsolete.

Kms did these because they did not had any 120+ equipment before they released chaos, and when they released it they thought that 4 tier was plain OP, so they changed since it would not harm anyone because they werent any 4tier potential equipment.

Well, this is a patch for arans, after all.
One would just hope that they would do that for all PA's, not just one, if this is intentional (possibly a mistake by nexon?).

We'll see, it's still possible for them to change it when the patch goes live, as well as at any time.

If they made all PAs fast, then spears would become useless(unless Resistance Warrior uses them?)... I prefer PA myself, but still..
I'd rather have them replace Berserk's +20 Movement speed with +1/2 attack speed, and give +1/2 attack speed on either Cleaving Blow or Sudden Strike for Aran..

If you have a potential equip with 4th tier stats it will be reduced to 3rd tier stats. If it's still 3rd tier, no change.

Dex requirement doesn't "Un-Break" it because nexon in the first place didn't want Statless classes rampaging all over. That they did absolutly nothing after they started appearing its another thing.

I just keep going in my happy world that they did a silly mistake in the TESPIA server and when those came in the live server it will come as it should be... Otherwise i would really not regret leaving maple for DFO right now >.>.

tha "average" aka: perfected with +5 scrolls, would be that, yes. but you missed one +5 scroll, since these weapons have 8 slots (+2) unlike normal weapons which have 7(+2)

So what does level 140 gear look like on my NL, anyway?
46 base + 129 = 175 dex (42 will be retained with 140 gear, the other 87 is getting upgraded)
Replace 5 dex glove with 16 dex level 140 glove (requires 170 dex, which is okay cause I'll have 170) -> 186 dex.
Replace 3 dex claw with 20 dex claw (requires 170 dex, which is okay cause I'll have 183) -> 203 dex.
Replace 9 dex boots with 15 dex boots (requires 170 dex, which is okay cause I'll have 194) -> 209 dex.
Replace 26 dex top+bottom with 30 dex overall (requires 170 dex, which is okay cause I'll have 183) -> 213 dex.
Replace 24 dex helm with 25 dex helm (requires 170 dex, which is okay cause I'll have 189) -> 214+20 = 234 dex. Set bonus \o/
Replace 10 dex cape with 7 dex cape (requires no dex, no problem) -> 231 dex.

So at 46 base I'll have 231 total. If I had a couple better dex equips to start with, I could have started at less than 170. It should theoretically be possible to have 200 total dex (15+185), the minimum necessary to equip every item of the 140 set.

I did the replacement order because that's the order they'll be useful to me - I'll try to obtain the glove first, claw second, etc.

Practically speaking I have 50 base dex so I've got no issues equipping this stuff.

By the way I find it hilarious people are planning their level 140 gear already as if the Empress is this easily defeated. You need dream stones last I remember and Empress from what it looks like is harder than Pink Bean.
