But a primary stat from the tier above on a secondary line? Christ on a bike.

Also, the CS Evan clothes effect doesn't seem to work anymore. Just saying.
If you plan on playing your Evan at higher levels you will be toast without MG, and you'd be weaker without the other ones.On a side note: leveling an Evan is boooooooooring
