Man, the one ironic thing I see regarding people wanting high level content is that Dragon Rider PQ (Level 100-200) had been mostly ignored by much of the community, especially when compared to what people know about the lower leveled content from months beforehand.

So really do we actually have to pay to play evans now? Do we really need to buy those books or is that just an option to do incase your lazy to do the quests and stuff.
If there is no way to obtain non- cs Magic guard mastery books, you won't be able to survive any end game training area or boss with level 5 magic guard lol.
So pay2play end game? Yep.

I don't see anyway to obtain them normally yet here either. Unless the extractions don't show skills/items/mastery books being rewarded quest wise, there is currently nothing that drops the books. There is currently also no Mastery book for Magic Guard, Critical Magic, or Spell Booster listed besides the cash shop ones.
