You can't complete it at level 70, and you should start from level 20 or under really.
Like newcomers would know any better.
dont think newcomers are doing it now though. prety sure some high levelds are making noobs for the helm.

Yay, Francis battle on my Perma Noblesse. I'm a few levels late mainly cause I had to KPQ for Squishy Shoes. Oh well, it was pretty fun, laughed every time he sealed me.
Probably quite a few hours, 4 rides per hour, but seeing how the majority of it was spent doing rl productive stuff, it all works out =P
Did the same thing as Kaj. =P
Makes time fly faster. But it was worth it since I didn't have to deal with ksers at area bosses or w/e
