Both have to be true for it to work.

I seem to remember getting a 2k bag from a WS that a hacker did most of the damage to, but I killed...may be mistaken though.
It is both and has been proven and tested many times by players. So everyone does both just to make sure it works =p

Just curious, how long does it take for you to solo, Greg?
20~25 minutes without Apples. I'm saving up points for Assassinate 30; I want it so bad, but because of it's price tag I doubt I'll be getting it any time soon. :(
