Thanks to help from a user who likely wants to remain anonymous, I now can read through the encrypted files. I'm reading through everything just to see what's here.

Also, looking at the algorithm for decryption, it would be ridiculously easy to make a repacker for this game.

Why make a new game if it acts like a naked lady dancing in a prison block for rapists while dangling the cell door keys where the perps can reach them?
MapleStory 1 was the last easy prey game I'll ever touch.

One can hope that there's nothing client-sided that matters.
So you can mod and repack your graphics and sound and whatever else is on the client side, but it won't change anything for anyone else or the database.

An icon would look a little nicer than the text tag and would make the thread line up better in the extractions subforum.

I feel like MS2 is going to be a collaboration of the once spoken about "blabberbox" with a maplestory-esque enviroment. As much as people expect me to call this 'another tragedy waiting to unfold', nexon has managed dragonsnest pretty well, so at least there is ONE good example of why we should be optitmistic about possibly new type of management. Or at least a different ideology.

Although I can't say I'm excited about it, really curious, but not excited.
