It was just another normal day in your mostly happy town, or so you all thought as you went about your lives. One by one, a cheerful looking man you'd never met before approached you and asked if you'd like to play a game with him. As your town is a fairly boring but friendly one, you all accepted his offer, only for things to suddenly go dark.
But that will soon change, and the game you've entered will be made clear. Upon receiving your role PM, please post in this thread to confirm your presence. Day 1 will start at noon PST on the 9th (in order to give people time to confirm while still ensuring Day 1 has a normal 48 hour length; this could change if people are ok with it being shorter/longer than a normal day in order to start it sooner if we get all confirmations in by tomorrow).

Alternatively, once you've made it you could [Send] PLAYER to pass it to someone else during the night by PMing in that action, but I'm pretty sure you'll only have enough material for one of those, so choose wisely.

If your question is not about possible bugs, it won't be worthy of my response, so don't waste my time, ok?

Look, I'll let you play as long as you don't let Vlad know that you're out of my control. I can't spare enough power to keep you in the game for very long, but I should be able to siphon some from other parts of the game, at least for a little while. Each night you may send in a PM with the target (either user name or player name will work) that you want to leech off of with [Attach] PLAYER, and as well as who you want them to [Vote] PLAYER for in the next day and [Target] PLAYER that night (with the assumption being that they'll be able to target someone with something). Voting for an invalid target results in the player's posted vote being used instead. You don't have to send in the vote and/or night action target, but you do need to Attach to a new player each night or you won't last very long. Oh, and the same goes for what happens if something's done to the player you're attached to, so try not to attract too much trouble.
You are sided with the Intruders, so you win once either all those threatening the Town's return to reality have been contained, or once all of the Town has been contained or nothing can prevent that from happening.

You are Eve Stone, the Glitched Poet. Though you were always a little weird in the real world, being the first person from your town transferred into the virtual world changed your mental state even further. Your documentation is as follows:

Each night, you can send in a PM with [See] PLAYER to get a glimpse of what is performed by a player of your choice thanks to your vision being misplaced every so often. Oh, and I hope you actually liked those poems of yours, because you talk entirely in rhyme now, and Vlad doesn't like it when people try to overcome things like that.

You are Amelia Brown, the Manipulator. While you used words to convince others to do your bidding in the real world, in this one your powers have manifested in a less obvious form. Your documentation is as follows:

This will effectively swap all night actions targeting PLAYER1 to target PLAYER2, and anything targeting PLAYER2 to target PLAYER1. It should be noted that this manipulation also applies to the thoughts of Mafia members. Just be careful
where you aim; you never know what you might bring about.

Hope you choose wisely!

Of course, there's no telling what the result might be and how the other players will take it, so you might want to be careful with that. Good luck!

Valid ITEMs are "Name", "Role Name", "Action", and "Alliance". For example, your Name is Tracy Smith, your Role Name is Hacker, your Action is Edit, and your Alliance is Mafia. NEW_DATA is what you want to change that item to. Changing an item to what it is currently is a viable move and will still display as an edit. As a warning- some of the documentation is auto-generated based on these items in ways you might not expect. Oh, and as soon as you're contained I'll be changing all the documentation, including anything public, back to what they were before you got your hands on them.

If I'm understanding how your behavior adapted to this game correctly, each night you'll be able to send in a PM with [Infect] PLAYER to spread part of yourself to them. They will then be forced to keep infecting others at night as well. When you want to make use of those you've infected, just vote. Everyone that's infected will switch their voting targets to the one you've selected. This is the only time you can vote though, as you will be contained soon after, so time it right and make it count.

I just hope you can get your people out of here before they find out about any of that, but given your great reputation, you'll show up as one of the Town if anyone tries to look into it. Each night, you can send in a PM to do the same kind of thing you used to do for Vlad, in a way: use [Contain] PLAYER to shoot a player with your Containment Rifle, sending them right to the Soul Container. If you get contained yourself, one of the others will inherit your rifle and can perform that action in addition to theirs at night. In any case, I sure hope you're careful- you know Vlad better than I do, so you should know he won't be sparing anyone if you guys get contained.

In any case, each night you may send a PM in each night with the action [Copy] PLAYER; you will enter a trance-like state and attempt to learn how to perform what that player does that night. If you succeed in copying their night action, instead of copying a new power the next night you may use it on another player by sending in a PM with [Target] PLAYER. As your abilities are limited, a copied action is lost at the end of the night after it is copied. That is, for example, if you copy something on Night 1 it is lost at the end of Night 2 whether your Night 2 action is using it or copying another power instead. If the action you are using requires any information besides just a target, you will use the same information that was used by the player you copied on the night that you copied them. You may target yourself, though this could of course result in the action failing to work. I hope you know what you're doing.
