I've been playing a bit of Assassin's Creed 3 lately, my dad gifted it to me for the steam sale. I can only seem to play it for short amounts of time though, the PC controls for some reason really piss me off. I'm near the end of Haytham's portion of the game. He never seems to jump where I intend him too, and when I want him to jump off of a tree he just hops down like an imbecile. I picked up Skyrim on sale as well and I'm quite excited to get into that, everyone says it's so good. I had it on Xbox back when it first came out and I still had an Xbox, but I never got past the part where you had to climb that godforsaken mountain to talk to those old guys. The lag mixed with the horrendous graphics really turned me off... Maybe I'm just not an RPG person?
On the Nintendo front, for Christmas one of my best friends gave me Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland and Kirby & the Amazing Mirror, two games I loved when I was younger. I just finished Nightmare in Dreamland at 100% completion, and I was surprised at how easy at was. I guess when I was 7 it seemed a lot harder! It's weird, Amazing Mirror was one of my favorite games when I was younger and now it is really pissing me off. I feel the need to explore EVERY map and not miss a single thing. If I just blaze through I get paranoid and go back and try and get everything, which is sometimes impossible. Some maps do not have entrances back to them so I have to leave the entire area just go go back and explore an area that I missed the first time. I hate being a completionist.
