    Looks like Dark Sight bonus is additive from what it displays, i.e. 150% damage = +150% damage, add to +150% (2.5x) from KP and you get +300% (4x).

    Confirmation, and some investigation as to why you're not hitting expected range would be great though.

    That's never been true.

    Also try using only Assassinate + Dark Sight for 1v1; I'm getting a higher value for that than for BStep+CE+Nate+DS+FH+5KP.

    Joe I'm getting a slightly better %DPS by NOT using ME at all. Only Assassinate + Dark Sight (no Final Hit).

    Slightly higher %/s with 4th hit. No KP gained, which was the previous reason why Assassinate Only was never used.

    A bit lower with ME, assuming ME gives KP, I don't think that's ever been confirmed to me though.

    4th hit seems beneficial, though the movement wouldn't be. ME's not so great of a choice with Assassinate.

    I don't understand how you can get higher %/s doing the final hit when its inherent dps is lower than the first 3.

    Final hit: 740% * 2.5 * 1.35(crit) / .72s = 3468.75%/s

    First 3 hits: 740% * 2.5 * 3 hits / (1.17s + .24s) = 3936.17%/s

    Didn't count shadow partner but it doesn't matter. And if dark sight only adds 120ms as I suspect it might, then just even more so.

    So you are saying that the last hit on Faster(2) is 540 ms? I guess that sounds more accurate.
    With this delay I am getting numbers close (albeit 150~200% lower) than yours, for all calculations so around a 2.25% calculation difference, no biggy.

    On another topic, it seems like Assassinate in-game is much slower than expected, I thought it was me lagging but this buddy of mine had the same results.

    EDIT: Without Dark Sight it works as expected 1170 ms.
    With Dark Sight I am getting 1500 ms, 1470 at least if you count that maybe I was lagging although I kept getting 1500.
    20 Nates+Dark Sight in 30 seconds.

    Updated Phantom for Tempest, and I was informed about a new penalty from stolen skills. I tested it with Paralyze and Magic Claw since I couldn't find a Corsair, and it ended up at 77% of normal damage, i.e. my Paralyze did 160% * 0.77 (level 10 Talent), as did the damage over time. The duration of stolen buffs is 60% of the normal duration.

    Is that change in the extractions? I couldn't find any info about nerfed Phantom beyond the 20% nerf in Prelude. But if this is true...goddamn it nexon.

    Yea, The durations of stolen skills has been decreased by 40%, as well as a 30 second cooldown between switching skills.

    Duration and cooldown are annoying but acceptable, but are all skills affected? According to JoeTang that means Rapid Fire takes a nerf from 300% down to ~230%, which is pineappleing stupid. Phantom wasn't a strong class to begin with, then they hit it with two nerfs? How is Sharp Eyes affected beyond duration, are the crit chance% and crit dmg% reduced as well?

    Added Final Judgement, which is assumed to stack with Judgement, Rose Carte Finale pineapple YOU DANNY, and Hero's Oath.
    All the Hyper skills for Ultimate Drive and Tempest of Card are applied, though I doubt you can actually spend that many points.

    I have a theory that Rose Carte Finale works like Sting Explosion in that each area (monster perhaps?) it hits leaves a tile, that explodes and hits up to 8 monsters each, as well as doing two (?) ticks of damage over time before exploding, but I cannot confirm either. The data has the tiles listed as Burn DoT, but they last two seconds and subtime is 1680ms.
