We will be upgrading the core of our network and replacing all of our hardware components with updated equipment which will provide increased capacity and ensure long term stability and growth. These upgrades are necessary and will allow us to provide exciting new services and products, to our already diverse product offering, in the future.
Estimated Downtime:
We understand the importance of minimizing downtime when performing upgrades to our network and for this reason we will be doing what we can in order to expedite the procedures. With that said, and given the nature of the upgrade, you can expect minor outages and latency lasting up to 30 minutes during the 1 hour maintenance window. Our network engineers will be performing the maintenance in such a way as to minimize overall downtime and reduce the chances of multiple issues occurring within the same maintenance window but we still felt it was best to notify you of the possibility of this happening just in case.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for you and ask that you please plan accordingly just to be prepared.
