No.
I personally tried.
Nexon made it so any new classes can't use them. So they can really only be used on the classes that came out before Cannoneer.
Damnit.
I'm keeping it anyway just incase.
Does anyone know if the potions use set character IDs?
I have some hopes that they will work on Phantom. It would be nice to get the crit link skill without having to touch its overly flamboyant self.

I could have sworn it said they expire at the end of the event if there was any unused exp....
