None of you are entitled to do anything to try and get her fired. This isn't a democracy, it's a business. You can dislike her all you want, but you're just proving her more suited for her position. The only drama involving her that's happened is the drama YOU, have started.

It's not her primary function to moderate users, but she has the capability to do so if she needs to.

You commented on my avatar. Years ago I played on another website and there were several amazing artists there. She would take people's avatars and draw them with photoshop and make them look more like real anime characters. She used to do it for in game currency. I thought her abilities were amazing and paid her to do one for me. I've always kept it and still love it just as much as the day she gave it to me. :D

But anyway, it'll be nice to see some variety in here for once! May I suggest a forum skin contest? Getting tired of looking at BLUE! Maybe...GRAY.

I mentioned this earlier, but blue is nice because our eyes have the best color discrimination in the blue range, so there are a lot of different shades.

Also, rather than have an official set of skins you could have people post Stylish user styles. Of course, there would be no inherent incentive to doing so beyond looking at your own skin, but one could certainly hold a contest to see whose Stylish skin gets the most votes. And then you don't have to subject everyone to that anyway, since all entries are instantly usable skins anyway (as long as you're using Chrome or Firefox, or are willing to mess with user scripts in Safari or Opera).

Since you and Eos seem to be pals, what'd it take to convince you to convince him to drop that ridiculous filter on the word "d'ear" to "pear?" Can you make that the first event, get Eos to remove that?

Just make it, one way or another, so that Talia is restrained from passing out moderation punishment. Whatever the excuse, if Eos and/or Talia herself thinks otherwise, it's clear that they have the wish to carry more than just event coordinating burdens.
