Found these shoes on my last Herb Town run for the day.
For those wondering about Tyrants, the stats show up when I hover over them so I guess they'd work.

Why wouldn't they......?
Base stats aren't carried over, so transposing a Tyrant would never be a good idea, even if you can afford to Enhance them all to 15 stars, since you'll be losing the ability to wear a Top/Bottom when you switch over to an Overall to complete the set.
