You missed the part where you have to apply the triage to a lane to see if its worth it/possible to rescue it, sometimes a lane can get so far behind that ganking will only result in a double to the enemy.

Also, every day is a yolo day when i ult with panth :D

I do not understand why people don't like her. Sure, her early game sucks... but once you get farmed up a little, she deals a lot of damage over the course of a teamfight.

I think it's probably that - her early game presence just isn't there enough to do what most people expect from a Jungler. It's hard for her to pressure lanes at all without her ult and she takes a fairly long amount of time to clear the jungle in the first place. There are also plenty of other junglers that make great off-tanks with much better early games (Hecarim, Skarner, etc). Sejuani isn't awful, she just needs tweaking to stand next to the more noteworthy Junglers.

Where are you finding issues?
Jayce is easy to play and win lane with the fact that he can farm extremely well and if you land a Gate'd Q you're going to burst them for a huge chunk of their health, landing an early q or 2 can easily snowball the lane for you because you bully people so well like that.

Maybe I think a problem I saw lately was that I'm can't poke that well. I mean, I've been beaten by my counters just for that and the fear of being attacked by them probably just makes me suck even more.

I find that Jayce is easier to play once you stop trying to stay in one form. I switched forms more often and started doing better.

Oh hell, i still remember those pokes of Jayce with his acceleration gate, and he barely had any item on but still hurt like hell, not on the level of nid spears though but quite there, specially since the speed burst and AoE makes it easier to hit.

When you've been counterpicked or are struggling in lane, the best thing you can do is just farm safely in Cannon form and use your q+ e to farm if you need to. I don't think it's necessarily easy to counter jayce though, an early Q is devastating on anybody, especially if you hit lvl2 before them and do a full combo on them, but it is definitely easy to outplay a jayce, whether it be landing free pokes at him or just dodging the Q. In the event they just become unkillable due to raw sustain (like Cho, or even Lee), you just have to be able to out sustain them whether it be with a doran/vampiric scepter or even a wriggles. And obviously ganks help a lot and are ridiculously easy with him, even if you dont land a q because your hammer form is amazing at going onto someone. Also, being able to make your enemy use a potion at level 1 before you even go in on them is really really strong too because youalready cut their sustain a bit, and jayce can do that really easily on melee's because he can just auto them freely.

I only ever go into Hammer form after I land a Q or if i need mana or something, or if i need to keep pushing a wave. I personally don't see any use to go into Hammer to farm if the other person is already there because Jayce's safe range is what makes him so amazing still., BUT THAT'S JUST ME.

I usually go into hammer form after I make the other guy go back to top up on mana in addition to what you said.

I disagree. With Q, W, and E and your basic attacks you have enough CC and gap closing to gank just fine. Sometimes I don't even bother with level three and gank right after Blue. It's certainly better than Rammus and Warwick, IMO which are much more common. In normal queue most people aren't prepared for such an early attack, although ranked teams tend to react better.

That feeling when you realize that players in your normals elo are much better than players in the Ranked placement matches. My placement matches at the end of S2 had some really painful examples of stupidity that frankly I've grown used to not having to worry about. I may need to learn a select few champions for the express purpose of carrying my way up until my Ranked games have about the same skill level of players...

And advice on specific champs? Skarner was pretty good at carrying games before S3, but since S3 he just doesn't feel as difficult to kill as in S2. May just be a perception thing or a result of all the cleavers running around.

Hecarim can do some serious damage to an enemy team and put in a lot of work on his own, I'll probably learn Riven for top lane and I've got Leona and Blitzcrank for support. I really, really don't want to ADC but I'll probably learn Ezreal or just use Ashe. Mid lane I can do fine as Malzahar and am not worried about as much.
