I think these changes only look terrible from the standpoint of the game as it is. We have no idea what they've done to the formulae, all of this might end up outputting alot more than our current system...unless there's a way to extract those too, which I don't think there is directly.
30 second cooldown on ultimates though would have to be compensated heavily, the %s on the 1v1 skills had better be highly effective.
Now im just dieing to know how the formulas have changed.

WEll, I'm offically way in over my head, no idea what to make of any of this, but I really can't see the point of changing up most of the skills of every single class in the entire game...
I actually think some mages might be happy. They won't have to spend millions on pots anymore. Their highest MP usage is only 600 MP. Less MP usage = less money spent on pots. And less money spent on pots means more money to spend on equips and other stuff.
Also, the Teleportation mastery got me thinking...With that huge range and possibly boosted minor skills, they could easily attack and teleport fast all over the screen so monsters wouldn't be able to hit them as often. This mastery might be key for a new method of training..
Ugh, they nerfed Dragon Strike from 810% damage to 560% damage, and Demolition from 400% damage to 320% damage. They also upped barrage from 230% to 305%... So now the only thing demolition has on Barrage is the range of it, Barrage does more damage now.
WOW wtp? seriously 60% mastery on bowmasters? and then they screw SE? I am very disappointed. 130% hurricane with that doesn't make up for the -30% mastery...
massive percentage decrease on Dragonstrike. Barrage got mega buffed. BTW: brawlers need to reorganize their skillpoints now because they have an extra skill ><" And if we get 20%/20% crits, what does stun mastery do since marauders still have it?
these new skills best make up for this massive change.
Maybe doing what everyone, included you, asked.
Balance. And that's not achievable by only increasing bowmaster's damage a bit. This game needed a complete overlook. And well, here it is!
Something tells me a new class will buff masteries.
nice they reduce the max sp for wk's charges. Are they going to increase the damage cap for these changes?
And here is hoping they do a decent job at balancing the game!

% based magic attacks + (most likely) a new formula may change how mages works DEEPLY.
EDIT: Also, I would expect free skill point reset to all characters when this goes on official.
Gah I wish there was a way to find what the boat hp formula is and if they've changed it, that's what I'm worried about now.
