The patch notes also mentioned a change to Evan's Dragon Fury. Any data on that?

That alone can let me almost forgive the CSB nerf.
I still like playing WKs. I'm just saying that if they're going to change the animations, they should have also taken a look at WKs. It doesn't need to be super ultra flashy, just not made to look like it was drawn horribly.

blast damage reduce from 285->280%. I though blast is 280% all along? LOL
Bwahahaha they freaking buffed angel ray -awesomeness-.
Every single video I have seen shows a stronger angel ray than chain lightning, so I wouldn't call it weak.
I'm not talking about that one video, overpowered is overpowered. But in general it is a very strong skill
for what should be a support class, any buff is a welcome buff, especially if it keeps us up in the damage game
when comparing to other arch mages.
Oh, those skill updates are nice. Liking the Aran and Paladin ones. Critical damage is supposedly crap now anyway, so it's good that they're lowering critical damage but making Overswing stronger w/o Crits, I guess.
The new cold beam looks cool. :D

Also, a bit off topic but does Magic Mastery (4th job) still give 20% magic attack increase?

Well Arch Mages have 1.5x damage from Amp. Factoring that in, CL is a lot stronger than Angel Ray, even after its buff. Plus EWands will boost CL's damage even further in GMS. Angel Ray is pretty slow too. xD
1.2.326 Chain Lightning: 1080%
1.2.326 Angel Ray: 630% (+ crit)
As mentioned, potential gear allows well funded players to have ranges 2-3x higher than other players. Bishops were much more popular pre-BB than I/Ls, so it only makes sense that there are more well funded Bishops out there.
Did you miss the part about ANY BUFF is a welcome buff to boost our damage?
I know what the numbers say... but, the videos are all we have to go on for live damage in
KMS. I like what I see for balance between bishops and i/l mages (barely anything on f/p).
So far even with better numbers for base skill damage the i/l looks paltry and weak with such a
large advantage over bishop's attack.
edit: And at 840% the gap closes even further.
Hmm, it's too bad they didn't just make all skills smart casting like Bless and Rage.
I wonder how the new change in SharpEyes reflects with how crits work now.
