Number of Character slots?

Hey guys! I played MS about 5 years ago and have never bought any additional character slots. My old account has 9 character slots. I recently started playing again and decided to start from scratch by creating a new account and trying out the new classes, Evans and such. The account that I most recently created only has 5 character slots. Is that right or should I send a ticket into nexon?

New accounts only get like 3 or 4 slots, and right now you can get an extra slot from the event.

Your old account may have 9 slots because when they came out with new classes before Nexon used to auto add a slot to your account.

And for anyone curious, max is still 15 slots even with the changed character select screen.

With all the mules that have OP link skills/deck characters Nexon clearly wants us to make now and in the future, even 15 slots won't be enough.
