As I'm in GAZED, I get to have 6 character decks (out of a possible 10, but I don't have enough slots).
If I level three level 70 characters on the other 4 worlds...
My Phantom will have:
+10% critical rate (bringing my total to 85% without sharp eyes)
+5% instant kill chance +1% from critical ring (with Rapid Fire, will turn on 30 times a minute or every 2 seconds)
+50% buff duration (yeah.)
+2500 HP, 2500 MP, 5 (m)attack.
Just don't be too sad when they fix the glitch, if you manage to do it. Seeing as it took them like a year to fix decent skills it might be worth it though.

Is it really a glitch? Did kMS ever patch it? o_o
With 2x events and Mushroom Kingdom, it shouldn't take more than 3 to 5 hours per character. 48 hours of my time seems worth it.
Absolutely hilarious glitch (or moreover unintended consequence) with the +hp from the deck set effects. When making a new character, Roger's Apple quest lowers your HP by 25 and Roger's Apple heals it by 30 (I think?), which on a clean level 1 is full. Since to this day, nothing has raised the max HP of level 1s on Maple Island, Nexon made the quest complete upon returning to full HP. BUT, with a full deck of any sort equipped, you have way more than 50 max HP. So, you have to wait for all that HP to regenerate before you can finish the quest. According to my calculation, with 6 level 70s in the decks, one would have to wait about 16 minutes to finish it.

Last I heard, it isn't fixed. But as @Stereo; said in a previous post:

So my current setup is:
Paladin + Dark Knight + Cannoneer (S rank adventurer, S rank set)
Demon Slayer + Aran + Dawn Warrior (S rank warrior, A rank set)
With plans to replace the Dawn Warrior when I get a 6th S rank card.
That isn't an indication that the set bonuses won't stack across the merge, but it hints strongly. That is, unless you have some more information to provide us. But of course that won't stop you from taking some of those individual character cards.

If not, I will make a lvl 30 Mech (or two) to test this after I'm done with JETT, which might take another week or two. Just wondering if anyone has done it already.
In the same vein as this question, has anyone tested this with Infinity. Saucing up Infinity sounds great especially down the line when it becomes undispellable. A GAZED, A Rank Infinity might run to two full minutes, not even considering an S rank. /speculation. Also, I know this is a long shot, but Mercedes' cooldown reduction doesn't round down right?

I'm just taking the A-ranked set bonus along with the individual character cards. Basically just making tons of Mechanics, Wild Hunters, and Snipers, which can't make a class set bonus anyways. :) Good to know though.
yes it does, orange mentioned 2 worlds being alliance'd there, and afaik, he didn't say it was ever fixed
@orangemushroom;
i dunno if the increase in skill time due to mech works, but i can say that the increase from jett 120 in summons does, my beholder outlasts the duration of the skill currently
So does Shadow Partner receive the boost for Buff duration or for Summon duration? It's the only summon I've seen that gets its own Buff icon, but the fact that it used to require Summoning Rocks and can't be stolen by Phantom makes it obvious it's a summon, too. Or can it be extended by using both a Mech and a Corsair card?

I will defer to someone who actually mains one of the merged servers - personally I have 1 character between the 4 (a level 30 on Chaos from some event), so I'd need to make 5 mules to test it.
Just made an account to report my findings with the card system. It's quite lengthy so have a spoiler.
Spoiler
My main server is in Mardia. My two decks are
Deck 1: Corsair, Cannon Shooter, Jett (all S rank)
Deck 2: Mercedes, Demon Slayer, Marksman (all S rank)
In Yellonde, I have a lv 32 Cleric. I do not have any cards loaded into a deck on this server. Upon logging into it, it got the added stats from Mardia (+1400 max HP/MP, +7 all stat, +3% crit rate). Creating a new character on the server also gave the same effect. Curious, I added the Cleric's card to the deck. I got back on my two characters only to find that the added stats were gone. I removed the Cleric's card from the deck, logged back on, and the stats remained the same.
So now I create another new character in Yellonde, making sure there are no cards in Yellonde's deck(s) but keeping Mardia's. The character had the Mardia deck bonuses applied to it. I went back to Mardia, removed all the cards from my deck, and returned to the newly created Yellonde character. To my surprise, the character retained the stats. Even changing the Mardia deck around (using other characters I have), I could not alter the Yellonde character's stats--it remained the same. I throw the Yellonde Cleric card into the deck, and (no big surprise) the added stats disappeared.
Conclusion: Server A can provide its Card effects to Server B provided that Server B does not have any cards in its deck. The simple act of adding a card in Server B's deck will cancel the bonuses provided by Server A; removing the card will not bring back Server A's effects. You can, however, create a new character in Server B and get Server A's effects as long as you have no cards loaded in Server B at the time you create the character.
I forgot to test if Server C can have the deck effects of both Server A and Server B (of course, as long as Server C has no cards loaded). I want to say yes.
On a side note: Has anyone got the Mechanic card to work for them? I've tested it and noticed no difference in times.
I dunno if this has been posted, but there is no CD on the Evan's card effect, at least. As I'm training my low level Battle Mage I've seen my MP rise several times over the course of a few seconds. I haven't used any mana pots in a while.
Just got my Demon Slayer to S rank and the card is only 3% status resist. Thought it was because I didn't do my job advancement but I asked someone in the guild and theirs is only 3% as a lv19x DS as well. Does anyone have a S rank DS that gives 4%?

This means there's no reason to go for card bonuses on servers other than the server you're actively playing on, right?

That is because one of the auras fix that for you. x)
(Not sure if this has been mentioned, but it's different from what @SaptaZapta; has been saying and does explain why some people's damage spreadsheets are going awry)
TBs' and Buccs' cards don't add on to your range but and your actual damage. -edit- apparently it does add on to your range AND your damage.
Using a level 120 TB card.
Assassinate
The Shadow Partner mirrored hits should be exactly 699,999, yet they're 594 above what they should be.
198*3 = 594.
B-Step
The hit mirroring the 395,012 should be 276,508, yet it is 277,102. That is exactly 594 above, once again.
Conclusion: the card bonus sucks and stacks with itself when used in tandem with Shadow Partner.
It adds on to the original hit, then gets multiplied with Shadow Partner, then adds on again.
Not like the damage is noticeable or anything
Thanks to @inemnitable; and others on the Shadower facebook group for helping solve the mystery of the higher-than-it-should-be Assassinate.
