Had a totally crap day at work

Until...
I got home, did a load of pointless crap, posting on southperry, eating, watching anime and then i decided to check my email about half an hour ago.

I got a conditional place at Manchester University to study Archaeology and Social Anthropology, it was the only uni i applied for, the only course i applied for. Apparently the course only has 20 places, and out of all the applicants i was chosen :3

So yeah, that kinda made my day

My goals for this weekend:

1. Get as drunk as I possibly can with out succumbing to alcohol poisoning.
2. Celebrate all the blessings in my life.
3. Get slutty with that girl that's always hitting on me AND see if that guy from the 8th floor will join us.

All morning a Hair music video/It Gets Better video featuring a few friends of mine has been viraling around the internet, with a massive publicity boost moments ago when Lady Gaga herself tweeted and Facebook'd it. Needless to say my feeds are blowing up right now with Madison once again on the map.

Pretty good Fuck it Friday. Woke up this morning, finished 2 papers that were due 40 minutes after, planned our high school family's Disneyland trip for the summer, came home to my roommate's girlfriend's shortbread cookies and Chinese.

This week gave me a taste of what I should expect for the rest of the semester, and although it's not exactly ideal doing homework all the time, it is necessary. Need to pick up some slack, though.

Trying to get as much homework done as I can tonight so I can go home tomorrow and be with my family without having school on the back of my mind.

Amusing the idea of changing my Biomedical Engineering major to Biology, though it might not be too hard to double major considering having an expert understanding of the human body/life will be essential to manufacturing products.

Didn't end up going to the Zoo, but I did end up going out to UCI with a friend so she could turn a paper in. Gosh, the weather out there by the beach was SOOO NICE. Warm and windy--perfect beach weather. Sadly, we didn't go lay around in the sand :[ After that, we stopped at Company D (for my first time!), where I got a few shirts, shot glasses, and some Star Wars toys for my nephew :3 I currently have a lovely Apple Crisp in the oven right now, too. I'm glad that I started cooking more; It's something I've always loved doing.

It may not be over yet, but this whole month has been so amazing to me (knock on wood). I look forward to building up even more courage to do things I've only thought about doing (like posting in a different thread for once :x).

Lost all and any remaining respect for my ex. And his 'friends'.

I thought of him as a friend if anything.

He went out and partied with alcohol and weed/cigarettes/blunts like he does every so often. He's not of age yet let me add. Even after confronting him in person about it, he was like "it's a habit I want to stop"

Someone called the cops (some girl who was invited). Cops came in, broke up the party, did NO arrests, let them off with a warning. What do they do? Harass the girl like no tomorrow (even today after this fiasco happened). Then went BACK to partying. Seriously guys? You JUST BARELY get off with a warning. And you go right back to it. Either cops are too nice, or you're too ungrateful.

1. I thought he would've learned by now by looking at his brother. Nope. Following the same route.
2. He lied to everyone about the "habit". He's basically in that "My life. I do what I want." phase now.

Reality needs to smack him in the ass real hard. I'm serious.

Everything's been looking up recently and it's given me the motivation to not just lounge around anymore; happiest I've been in a long time.

Apparently I need to stop sleeping so much, it may be why I feel like complete pomegranate every time I wake up for work. I don't really NEED 11 hours of sleep, but I have nothing to do before work. >_>

That said, I am the high wall master and the customers should understand this and stop asking me pineappleing questions when I'm 10 feet in the air god damn.

Weekend: decent. No major events, per se, but lots of things movin. Ex who I will forever now refer to as friend threw a party with his roommates, fun times, left for an hour to go to another party, got high, came back, was ridic. Sunday we launched the social media publicity campaign for our HUGE UW Fashion Week, which will be pineappleing awesome, and that night I studied for three hours in the library with aforementioned friend. Meaning we sat there listening to music trying to work but talking wayy too much. Story of studying with friends, right?

Today I had more class and work shenangians, did a lot of werk for UWFW (with some exciting results!), and went to my first hip hop class in three years, which felt SO good albeit the fact that I need to fix whatever's making me look like a lanky white boy dancing and instead look like....a hip hoppin white boy? I don't know mayn. But not lanky. Lanky doesn't look good on me.

One of the very many reasons I studied lone wolf in college :p. On that note I sure do miss studying, it beats applying to jobs. Can't wait to get back into school.
