[KMST] [1.2.406] Skill revamp, Ellin Boss, Halloween

I'm surprised there hasn't been a patch again yet.
Notable Issues:

• Final Attack for Arans is 10 levels too high
• Triple Swing does more damage than early level of Full Swing's Triple Swing
• Blessing Maha adds defense and magic defense. What
• Magic Missile does 974%/s in first job.
• Fire Breath does less dps than Dragon Thrust by a lot despite being on the next tier
• Killer Wings is still useless. 1.45x weaker than Magic Missile, damage over time not worthwhile
• Earthquake is the lowest DPS of any mob skill after Ice Breath, though it does have a range advantage above you
• Flame Wheel's damage over time: interval is 4, when every other damage over time is 1. Time is 25 seconds. Damage is 6%. Yeah. Seems good.
• Every skill that Wild Hunter's has that's not Wild Arrow Blast sucks
• etc

The changes, Wild Hunters' in particular, just seemed completely random and thrown together at the last minute. It honestly feels as if Nexon decided to just use a bunch of Roulette Wheels to decide how they would do this revamp.

Siege Mode CD is removed for sure :P One question, is the speed a little slower or does it just look slower because the monsters have low hp?

The changes, Wild Hunters' in particular, just seemed completely random and thrown together at the last minute. It honestly feels as if Nexon decided to just use a bunch of Roulette Wheels to decide how they would do this revamp.

I like the quick activation of the flamethrower in the first vid. Is that significant for DPS?

Also it seems the delay for the shots on siege mode are significantly slower, so people don't really need to complain about siege being OP or something.

There are 2 new quests, 3rd Event Stamp and Poll of Stars. There's also a new bumble bee outfit (non-NX) :).

Cooldown Decreased (240 seconds -> 150 seconds).

Wild Hunter (4th)
Sonic Roar
Damage Increased (950% at max level -> 1,010% at max level).

Stink Bomb Shot
Required MP Increased (45 at max level -> 60 at max level).

Looks like Sonic Roar and Stinkbomb Shot are still total crap.

I am happy about that change to Feline Berserk though. The lower cooldown gives a pretty massive boost in overall damage and servivability.
