I highly doubt this. They'd lose a lot of business if people lost their high level characters, that they put hundreds of hours into.

I'm not sure about Zakum, but they nerfed HT like hell so you can kill it in like 5 minutes.
I have a very doubtful feeling that they will lift the level cap because they made leveling around 10x easier.

Not really. I know a Doomsday user with 23 base LUK. You can get LUK from equips.

You mean HT's HP? I don;t think that changed. All the bosses pretty much kept their original HP's.

Even if Archmages' ultimates aren't nerfed for the leech, you cannot leech at skeles until 14x because they changed all of the monster levels.
