This actually seems pretty cool. (Excluding that random border around your screen for whatever reason.) Also seems pretty accessible for all players.

I count them separate, seeing each class have a few different skills, both normal and Hyper, but 39/40 will do.

Zen/Dragon Warrior has an extra skill that works like corkscrew+Spiral Assault. I also saw a video detailing their Hyper skills on youtube (I can't remember the link) so they also have different passive Hypers, one of them splitting Rapid Fire's damage by 2 but cutting the damage by half.

Well that definitely would have made jett suck a lot less.

While we're on the subject, Jett/Zen should have just used knuckles or a custom equip type.
Jett came with a few unique space-gun equips that you replaced instantly which could have just been added in as part of the skill effect and Zen would much rather shoot chi beams all day anyway.
