RED update thoughts and feedback

Aaand my Paladin is OP 2.5x the lines on blast with 2.5x the damage on phys-resistant bosses.
Felt good getting kb'd across the map through 2 meteors by Ez Magnus and not dying.

Maybe I don't understand it but I feel pain with this new paladin I really have to smash 5 different charges every 30 seconds just to get a blast that doesn't sucks? It was so straightforward before, blast bosses and charge mobs.

At least its more engaging and colorful now, switching charges on the go to make mobs taste the rainbow is pretty satisfying.

Also from what I see post RED blast with no buff is at least equal to the old one fully buffed (with holy and lightning).

Guess I'm going to make a charge macro then I feel they are only useful for buffing anyway, lighting charge steamrolls all the others

They buff Corsair's summons, and broke them in the process. Ugggggh. I love my damage increase and new ship, but a Captain needs a crew. ;_;

I'm a Dark Knight, so this patch made me feel like a kid in a candy store

Annoying that we had to get books for most of our skills, but it's a small price to pay in the grand scheme of things.

My clean max range was higher post-RED without any skills maxed compared to pre-RED. They definitely increased the mage weapon multiplier to 1.2 - 1.3.

Also DAT TELE RANGE BUFF is TOO GOOD

If you choose the first option to exchange Mastery Books, it will give you 2 choices: MB20 and MB30. Once you pick one of them, a list of the books you can trade in will appear.

After that, you're forced to close the dialog, even though it states you can go back to the first menu IIRC.

Okay, but then, the very first option, in which you had the 20/30 choices, simply disappears and you're stuck with the DW, Aran/WH, BaM options only.

Plus, not all books are eligible for the 20/30 trade in...

I guess one can simply make mules that will carry only MB20 OR MB30 and then try to trade those with the first option, I guess.

EDIT: okay, on one of my mules the first option didn't appear AT ALL. I have no idea of what's supposed to happen now.

I guess you can use up a lot of char slots to make all Explorers you want to play as (just like I did... ). They did increase the limit to 30 after all

Still patching on my end, but.. what level are we talking about for the 500m cut-off? I haven't seen a table released just yet. :x

The MB20/30 option only appears when you have eligible books to trade in.
