Yup, I had up to day 6 stamped, and got 2 rewards.

my case was completely normal, i started with a clean attendance with no stamps ( got to 5-6 stamps) and i could accept all rewards.
and yesterday it let me re-accept the rewards i already accepted and used .
ok... free extra rewards. still i'm 1 day behind so i won't make it to the unique pot scroll

Unless Nexon checks whether you completed the quest when fixing it and says "oh no one did it sucks for them tbh"

I had no problems. Today it went back to normal. I did the 300 kills and got the Lucky Day.
